Concepts announces the acquisition of Mid-Tex Specialties, a promotional
products company in Midland. Media Concepts, Inc. President Gloria
Apolinario says, "we're very excited, because Mid-Tex will give
Media Concepts the ability to offer our clients yet another level
of service." Mid-Tex has been a part of the Midland business community
for about 25 years, providing promotional products from coffee cups
to pens to baseball caps, anything that can promote your company.
Now Media Concepts is truly a one-stop shop, offering everything
from radio and tv spot creation and placement, to website design
and implementation, to print design of every type, to outdoor advertising,
and now promotional products.

CEO Steve Kohl
And Opens Midland Office
Media
Concepts Inc. is proud to announce that company CEO Stephen P. Kohl
has joined the team in the Odessa office. A native of Buffalo, New
York, Kohl recently retired after 30 years in the hospitality industry,
working as Director of Sales and Marketing for companies including
the Hilton, Sheraton, Doubletree and Red Lion Hotels. Although he
has been part of the Media Concepts ownership group since February,
he has now relocated to Odessa, and will be an active part of daily
operations. "I am really happy to be in West Texas, "says Kohl,
"and I look forward to working with the staff and clients of Media
Concepts."
